Insurance and Costs
Important Update on Insurance Coverage:
I’m currently in the process of becoming in-network with several providers, and updates are happening on a weekly basis. Please feel free to reach out to confirm if your insurance is now accepted.
For those outside of my IN-NETWORK providers, I’m offering competitive cash-pay rates, with the option for you to request a SUPERBILL after your visit. You can then submit this superbill to your insurance company for potential reimbursement base on your policy.
Let me know if you have any questions or would like to schedule an appointment!

OUT OF POCKET costs:
Reach out today to inquire about private pay costs. I do not currently charge a travel fee for visits within Bend City Limits and up to Redmond. I do have an additional travel fee of $30 for visits outside of the Bend/Redmond area when time allows.
I can provide a SUPERBILL upon request that will include billing codes that the client presents directly to insurance to seek reimbursement.
What Clients are saying…
“Kathryn provided compassionate and personalized care during our postpartum visit. She clearly has a well-rounded education and wants to pass on information that her clients need. She answered all my questions and taught me what I wanted to learn more about. I felt safe and comfortable and I know my baby is in a better spot now.”
